who we are

A Culture of Excellence

Speed T&F is a 501(c)3 non-profit national caliber youth athletic educational program. Our science based training approach fuses today’s latest in sport-science with the human spirit, resulting in unrivaled success. Athletes train with a powerful belief in their self-efficacy – their ability to perform. At Speed T&F we know that what we believe becomes the foundation of all we will ever achieve. Our athlete's possess a sincere appreciation for discipline and believe by doing the properly designed work with focus and concentration each performance will grow dramatically better and eventually reach the highest levels, and ultimately achieve great performance!

Track and Field Program

Speed T&F is unlike any other program you have ever been a part of. Highly skilled coaches with like-minded coaching philosophies, unite to develop custom training programs designed specifically to improve performance. Speed T&F is the only program in the state of Colorado that uses Dartfish Technology (performance analysis software) under the watchful eye of a USATF Level 3 Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Registered Exercise Physiologist.

Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) Program

A Character, Integrity, Leadership and Life Skills Development Program.  ACE is designed to allow students to analyze situations in real-time and allow them to make the best decision in that moment. Using a proven coaching model (Think-Say-Do), students are guided through novel decision-making approaches which result in improved behavior, increased attention and better classroom performance. The initial results are extremely promising as evidenced by the testimonials below.  ACE is designed to equip our youth with the confidence, knowledge, skills and ability to create a clear line of sight towards developing their own personal plan for success, setting ambitious yet achievable goals in their classroom, personal lives, at home and within the community.

Charmas Lee is a next-level coach who brings a wide breadth of knowledge and leadership skills to his athletes and clients. He certainly understands the X’s and O’s of sport, but more importantly, he applies that knowledge in a way that motivates and inspires others. As a coach, author, public speaker, executive coach and more, he is able to transfer his knowledge to the business world to help individuals create success for themselves and their teams. Our entire family has enjoyed working with Charmas and we have benefited from his expertise in helping elevate our children’s performances on the playing field and for our own professional careers.
