Charmas Lee, Director of Coaching and Athletic Performance, an elite trainer and coach, is a Certified USA Track and Field Level 3 Coach who has met the criteria to coach at the Olympic level. His athletes have competed at various levels of sport. They include members of the NFL, USATF, USFSA and the WBO. The 2024 Paris Olympics featured two former members of Speed T&F representing their countries in the 800M Dash and the 4 x 400M Relay.
