Speed T&F is unlike any other program you have ever been a part of. Highly skilled coaches with like-minded coaching philosophies, unite to develop custom training programs designed specifically to improve performance. Speed T&F is the only program in the state of Colorado that uses Dartfish Technology (performance analysis software) under the watchful eye of a USATF Level 3 Coach, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Registered Exercise Physiologist.
Charmas Lee is a next-level coach who brings a wide breadth of knowledge and leadership skills to his athletes and clients. He certainly understands the X’s and O’s of sport, but more importantly, he applies that knowledge in a way that motivates and inspires others. As a coach, author, public speaker, executive coach and more, he is able to transfer his knowledge to the business world to help individuals create success for themselves and their teams. Our entire family has enjoyed working with Charmas and we have benefited from his expertise in helping elevate our children’s performances on the playing field and for our own professional careers.

"The mentorship my son received through Speed T&F had immediate and positive impacts, from improving his timeliness and organization, to bolstering his self-confidence. In his senior year of high school, he competed at State in both track and cross-country, served as his class vice president, won the State DECA competition, and finished third internationally in the DECA franchising category. His self-assurance, garnered in Speed T&F, translated directly to improved leadership skills and the composure to communicate in front of large groups of people. The fact that my son started winning races after his Speed T&F involvement was a nice morale boost, but secondary to the character development he experienced in the program. My only regret is that I wish my wife and I had heard about the Speed T&F program earlier and enrolled our son sooner."
